Simrit Panesar is the principal lawyer and founder of the firm. She obtained her LLB from the University of Birmingham. Simrit also holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours Specialization) from York University.

 

After graduating law school, Simrit practiced at a small-sized litigation firm serving the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Simrit went on to article at a mid-sized firm in Mississauga. During this time, she gained a wide array of experience in all aspects of family law, child protection, as well as wills and estates and real estate. Upon her call to the bar, Simrit worked as an associate in a general practice law firm in Markham. This experience gave her the knowledge to establish her law firm.

 

Her approach is to attempt to resolve disputes outside of court where possible, and to litigate in the court system when no other recourse is available. She aims to provide clients with honest and strategic advice to allow them to make the best decisions possible.
